Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.

1. You are required to:

• Involve online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration by due time.

• May be required to perform other duties as assigned

• Can be up to Activities at a country level

• Plans and organizes own work on hourly / daily basis

• Follows predefined procedures or processes

·     Experience: One (1) year of experience in sales support, administrative roles or a similar position

·     Education: Diploma or equivalent

·     Clerical and Administrative skills

·     Microsoft Office & PC Skills

·     Planning & Organizing Skills;

·     Interpersonal Skills;

·     Team Working Skills;

·     Written & Verbal Communication Skills in both Vietnamese and English
