• Work collaboratively with relevant peers to create and manage relevant marketing strategies in line with the property’s brand image and ensure they are implement within an appropriate timeframe
• Coordinate communications projects with vendors and contractors for the development and production of promotional materials, web site content and other collateral.
• Provide writing and editing support for all communications including promotional materials, website content, EDM and newsletters
• Develop and maintain relationship with key contacts in the local media scene. Maintain contacts accurately and well coded on hotel database and keep them informed of relevant developments through press releases.
• Attend and proactively participate in S&M meetings, contribute intelligence such as client feedback, competitor information, sales reports, new leads, problems, etc.,.
• Prepare and report weekly activity plan and entertainment plan to GM.
• Be socially active and network within the local community.
• Ensure the hotel’s website is accurate and new developments incorporated without delay.
• Maintain the hotel’s image library and add new images whenever possible.
• Coordinate the hotel’s advertising strategy in line with annual budget.
• Understand monthly hotel forecast and attend RevMAX meetings.
• Work closely with Revenue Manage to ensure the hotel is presented correctly on OTA websites with good visibility and high rankings.
• Work closely with DOS and GM on ensuring hotel is included internationally in as many direct TO programmes in key feeder markets and coordinate and monitor barter for brochure contributions.
• Monitor the hotel’s visibility on the internet and drive efforts to improve it.

• 1-2 years of related professional experience in 4-5 star hotel environment, preferable in the same position
• A Bachelor degree in Marketing & Communications or related field
• Organized and responsible
• Excellent communication skill both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
