La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery, a member of the Accor group, invites a dedicated and passionate Housekeeping Manager to join our boutique beachfront retreat, where timeless elegance meets heartfelt hospitality.

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will ensure that every corner of our resort reflects the beauty, serenity, and sophistication of La Veranda. You will lead and inspire a team of Heartists to create immaculate spaces and unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the Housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.

- Ensure all areas reflect the brand’s refined atmosphere and align with La Veranda’s unique story and character.

- Oversee daily operations, schedules, and inspections to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to provide seamless guest experiences.

- Manage linen, amenities, and supply inventory with cost control and sustainability in mind.

- Supervise and train team members to enhance performance, grooming, and guest interaction skills.

- Handle guest feedback and special requests with grace, empathy, and professionalism.

- Uphold hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards throughout the department.

- Participate in daily briefings and operational meetings, sharing updates on priorities and guest expectations.

- Foster a positive, caring, and respectful work culture within the team — embodying the true spirit of a Heartist.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury resort or hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent eye for detail, organization, and presentation.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of housekeeping standards, hygiene protocols, and sustainability practices.
