Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the DOS/Sales Manager to achieve revenue goals and sales targets.
• Assist in the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of Meliá Ba Vì Mountain Retreat.
• Work closely with the events team to coordinate and facilitate group bookings and special events.
• Provide support in day-to-day sales operations and strategic planning.

• International working environment, General Manager from Spain.
• Memorable moments with Retreat resort style: trekking, mountain view, fresh air...

• Degree in Sales/Business Administration/Hospitality or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for sales and a customer-service mindset.
• Able to conduct on-site visits as needed.
