Key Responsibilities:

• Support and supervise core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and compensation & benefits.
• Oversee staff welfare facilities such as the employee canteen, dormitory, and coordinate with the onsite nurse to ensure health and safety.
• Contribute to a work environment that respects local traditions while upholding the professional values of the MHI brand.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with Vietnamese labor laws and aligned with MHI standards.
• Assist in driving employee engagement, motivation, and performance improvement programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to strengthen team effectiveness and support resort operations.

• Service charge entitlement after successful completion of probation.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in general HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience in hospitality or service industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Culturally aware, people-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Vietnamese.
