- Receive and fulfill requests related to sea and air freight forwarding from customers or agents.
- Gather documents to send Pre- alert to notify the agent of information of the shipment.
- Issue debit note, send to customers, agents.

- Contact the shipping company / airline to get the booking.
- Managing and arranging booking with shipping lines, co- loader in accordance with customer&039;s export plan
- Managing the issuance of corporate bill to customers
- Manage and control sales and costs of shipments
- Check, fully collect the cost of the shipment and request payment, from shipping company or coleader.
- Issue HBL, HAWB to customers, submit SI to shipping lines, co- loader
- Good communicate with Agent, carrier, customer, forwarders, shipping lines…

- Report to Manager details of shipments, report, … if required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Good Interpersonal skills, analytical, negotiation and problem- solving skills.
- Graduated from College or above of related majors
- Having experience of working for Japanese company is the plus.
- English is good at speaking and writing.
- Proactive, hard- working
- Good communication, negotiation, pricing skills
- Having at least 01 year of working experience in forwarder as customer service in logistics.
