Assist in communicating with Owners/ Clients as a key person who frequently be contacted any time for any issues.
Handle the requests and complaints.
Handle reservation for Owners in rental pool program.
Compose letters, notice to Owners relating to resort services and management regulations and similar.
Show villas/ apartments for interested tenants for long-term lease; perform the works until the deal complete & handover.Good Writing and Speaking English skills.
