Mô Tả Công Việc

IT Helpdesk is responsible for implementing application systems to support the bank's business goals while striving for the highest quality. We aim to provide extensive system support by delivering reliable application solutions. We are looking for a dedicated IT Helpdesk to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our core banking system.
General Duties:
1) General
- Provide technical support for core banking system users, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software related to the core banking system.
- Collaborate with end-users to identify and address IT-related issues.
- Document support processes and maintain accurate records.
2) Administrative
- Follow the policies and procedures of the bank, including adherence to IT security protocols.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless system operations and updates.
3) Policy
- Ensure compliance with the bank's IT policies and standards.
- Maintain awareness of IT security practices and promote a secure computing environment.
4) Management Responsibilities
- Provide timely updates to IT management regarding support issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve system performance and reliability.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Prior experience in IT support, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Familiarity with core banking systems and their technical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to assist end-users effectively.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality support.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to learn with an overall course average of good or above for Fresher level.
