- Develop and implement comprehensive plans for large, intricate features or projects that extend across multiple sprints or involve dependencies across three or more teams.
- Manage planning activities independently, including coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and utilizing various timeline tools.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify and address ineffective assignments autonomously, remaining uninfluenced by other team leads.
- Implement resource allocation tools like PI Planning and effectively prioritize features planning.
* Risk Managementand Dependencies Management
- Identify and coordinate the resolution of cross-departmental risks, including technical design, business risks, and the deployment of risk funnel methods into modules and issues.
- Collaborate with relevant parties to provide effective solutions for cross-team dependencies independently.
- Independently propose design plans to address cross-team issues.
* Team Management & Culture Growth
- Define and foster a positive culture aligned with business outcomes.
- Independently identify and promote strong team members.
- Effectively address complex problems, including support tasks overload, technical debts, bugs, team headcounts, and quality issues.
- Implement organizational changes to enhance team efficiency, including adjustments to multiple team org charts and workflows.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning by providing resources and promoting the latest technologies and trends for team members.
- Coach the team on maintaining a quality assurance mindset and workflow while autonomously coordinating cross-team collaboration.
- Provide resources and establish a culture for team members to stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in quality assurance.
