Job Description
- Leading a dynamic ASM, Sales Supervisors, Sales rep team on field
- Driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with distributors
- Managing the distributor's performance through strategic planning, timely organization and effective control of the trade process .
- In charge of the trade strategies to optimize brand exposure while maintaining consistency in marketing and exceeding sales figures.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- At least 5 years relevant regional sales experience
- Experience in working with and managing distributors
- Sales team management skill
- Sales force coaching and training skills
- Customer and sales data management
- Effective interaction and communication in both Vietnamese and English
