Position: Renewable Sales Specialist

Location: Hanoi/ Ho Chi Minh city

1. Partner Network Development & Management

• Drive the identification and onboarding of local installers and distribution agents in Vietnam, building sustainable, long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to design and execute strategies for expanding the local sales network to meet revenue objectives.
• Deliver regular training and ongoing support to partners, improving their understanding of product offerings and sales performance.

2. Market Penetration & Business Growth

• Support the in-market Channel Manager with go-to-market initiatives and day-to-day commercial operations.
• Conduct market intelligence activities to track industry developments, competitor moves, and customer demands, contributing insights to strategic planning.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and marketing campaigns to boost brand recognition and capture market share.

3. Sales Operations & Customer Coordination

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment, technical consultation, and after-sales services are executed efficiently for all partners.
• Provide end-to-end support in procurement procedures, contract discussions, and payment coordination with Vietnamese clients.

4. Language & Cross-Cultural Communication

• Offer translation and interpretation assistance when needed to ensure seamless communication within the team and with local stakeholders.
• Engage with local partners, government bodies, and industry organizations to build trust and alignment.

Qualifications

Language Skills

• Fluency in either Chinese or English for verbal and written communication is essential.

Experience

• 2–5 years of professional experience in business development or the Residential renewable energy sector, particularly in solar power, energy storage, or utilities.
• Background in B2B sales, channel development, or partner acquisition is highly desirable.

Competencies

• Excellent skills in negotiation, customer engagement, and sales strategy execution.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and generate actionable business insights.
• Able to work collaboratively in cross-border teams with clear communication.

Additional Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Vietnam's energy market and regulatory framework is a strong advantage.
