(1) JOB DESCRIPTION:

− Draft, review and negotiate the contractual issues with counter parties.

− Draft, review, advise and manage all related kinds of contract and official letters to competent authorities.

− Build contract templates.

− Evaluate and monitor contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.

− Advise on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals.

− Research and evaluate various risky factors in contract which may affect business decisions and operations.

- Support Company’s Departments on legal matters by providing accurate and timely legal advice.

- Prepare required dossier to submit to relevant States Authorities, and following up with the progress;

− Translate different kinds of Company document (such as Business contracts, Agreements, Labor contract, internal regulations....) from Vietnamese into English and vice versa.

− Other works assigned by part leader/ group leader and manager.

(2) REQUIREMENTS:

(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

− University graduated majoring law.

(b) EXPERIENCE:

− At least 3 years working experience.

− Priority to a legal consultant or legal position in house.

− Experienced in logistics and economic laws is an advantage.

− Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.

(c) SKILLS:

- Able to work independently and able to solve multi-task

- Strong negotiating skills at legal issues

- Able to work under pressure & able to work over time (if any).

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)

(3) REPORTING STRUCTURE:

• Immediate Supervisor:

- 100% gross salary during probation;

- Statutory insurances;

- OT should be compensated based on gross salary;

- Annual Salary Review;

- In Period Leave for female (3hr/month);
