- Manage forwarder service performance from customs clearance to shipment delivery accurately, timely and continuously reduce downtime during this process
- Able to take ownership of the issues and perform problem resolution to the Customer’s satisfaction.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by Manager.
- Calculate import duties, tariffs and VAT. Duties liquidation monitor.
- Guiding customs clearance & trucking regulations to internal teams and external customers.
- Enhance productivity & performance with initiatives in operation process.
- Resolve issue effectively with Customs Officer directly in case of exceptions.
- Ensuring in compliance to internal & external audit controls; process efficiency and delivering operational KPIs.
- Supervision service performance & aligned KPIs; providing action plans for further improvement.
- Monitor damaged goods arriving at warehouse and complaint to suppliers (if any)
- Manage requirements from Customs in providing reports, cost structure verification, explanation… and resolve them in a reasonable period of time.
- Perform a range of activities to facilitate the timely & accurate declaration documents. Ensure correct shipping documents are issued and supplied.

- College/ University graduation (economic/ foreign Trade is preferable)
- At least 2-year experience in logistics department, transportation is preferable
- Knowledge of Logistics/Transportation, Customs clearance
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good at using Ms.Office and English skill.
- Open-minded, dynamic, strong and proactive person
