Mô tả Công việc
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the branch operations team to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards; define and implement any corrective actions needed to meet operational performance.
- Oversee Branch Operations’ Financial Performance and Budgetary Compliance.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure efficient functioning of all divisions comprises logistics and branches.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that adhere to regulatory guidelines, best practices, and company standards, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
- Cultivate a High-Performance culture and lead the staff effectively.
- Stay updated with healthcare regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation in healthcare delivery.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, finance FP&A, or a closely related field.
- Experience: extensive experience in healthcare management, minimum 5 years, preferably in a leadership role within a hospital or healthcare organization or retail operations
- Skills: Proven track record of strategic planning and operational leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively leading and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
- Language: English languages is a preferred qualification.
