Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting a Senior Account Executive- Financial Services and Professions Group to join our team in Ho Chi Minh.

Responsibilities

Growth and Sales

  • Accountable for executing the in-country FSPG growth plan and focused on sales and growth.
  • Executing the agreed growth plan, budget for allocated client portfolio and contributing to the annual planning cycle.
  • Managing the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.
  • Shared ownership of the Pipeline with supervisor.
  • Coordinate, align and focus best resources to pipeline opportunities.
  • Stay on track and increase year on year client retention ratio.

Client Ownership

  • Constantly identifying valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention.
  • Positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position.

Operational Excellence

  • Accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in required internal platform.
  • Reviewing all out-going client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/decks.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success.

  • University graduates, major in Finance/Economics/Insurance/Banking/Business
  • 1-3 years of experience in Insurance/Big 4/Account Management/Client Management/Project Management roles, confident in managing your own portfolio
  • Excellent in client relationship management and/or project management
  • Strong interpersonal skills - effective communication across organizational levels, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence
  • Fluency in written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English (working with colleagues across APAC)
  • Detail-oriented, result-driven, strong business acumen, and has credibility to liaise with and communicate effectively with C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Sharp analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstration of self-discipline and organization
  • Proficient with MS systems such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

2008 Khơ Thị phát triển sang lĩnh vực kinh doanh mỹ phẩm với thương hiệu A-three. Công ty Hàn Tường cũng thành lập từ đó, đánh dấu một bước ngoặt lớn trong chặn đường phát triển sau này.

2014 Khơ Thị phát triển sang lĩnh vực kinh doanh ẩm thực. Nhà hàng Vương Quốc Tôm ra đời mang đậm phong cách ẩm thực xứ Đài, đầu tiên tại Việt Nam.
