Supervise staff punctuality, uniform, and performance during the shift.

Oversee food and beverage service to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

Ensure correct order taking, up-selling, and billing procedures.

Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

Ensure bills are presented within required time.

Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and low stock to management.

Support monthly stock take and inventory control.

Ensure staff follow service procedures, rules, and safety standards.

Take full responsibility for team performance and guest experience in assigned section.
