• Analyze product specifications and issue technical reports to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and production practicality.
• Understand existing and new products; evaluate customer requirements and propose improvements.
• Manage lab testing equipment, ensuring accuracy, proper use, maintenance, and storage of measuring tools and related items.
• Monitor and perform calibration/verification of measuring equipment as scheduled.
• Maintain and update lab documents following customer, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 standards, and company regulations.
• Apply SPC (Statistical Process Control) to detect and correct process variations effectively.
• Implement actions to meet quality objectives and ensure team compliance with company procedures.
• Train subordinates and monitor their activities to ensure proper implementation of quality systems.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.

• Knowledge & Skills:

  • Solid understanding of engineering principles, product testing, quality standards, and basic data analysis.

  • Proficient in design tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management skills.

• Experience (Preferred):

  • 1–3 years in laboratory or testing roles, especially in manufacturing, electronics, or automotive industries.

  • Hands-on experience with test equipment, data recording, report writing.

  • Familiarity with ISO, ASTM, IEC standards and measurement methods.

  • Experience in troubleshooting testing issues.
