• Xử lý và in đơn từ các sàn ( shopee, lazada…)
• Kiểm tra và xử lý kịp thời đơn hàng trên KiotViet ( B2B, đơn TOLL giao)
• Tiếp nhận thông tin và kiểm tra theo yêu cầu khách hàng
• Trích xuất CCTV đóng gói khi có yêu cầu
• Kiểm tra và nhập hàng trả về. Cập nhật data theo file khách hàng
• Thực hiện booking, kiểm tra giao nhận với vận tải
• Thu thập và scan POD
• Theo dõi và nhập liệu các nguyên vật liệu đóng gói/văn phòng phẩm, gởi đơn đặt hàng kịp thời
• Thu thập chứng từ và data liên quan để thực hiện gởi thông tin thanh toán
• Tổng hợp data để làm Debit note cho từng brand/khách hàng
