About the Department

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

Manage multiple teams of professional to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for teams (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)
Lead direct sales teams to achieve business objectives according to the pre-determined goals including sales and revenue growth.
Monitor daily sales, service, operation and credit to ensure that all sales and operations activities are with high level of performance standards as well as in compliance to internal policies, guidelines and also regulatory requirements.
Oversee control and compliance with defined operational policies & procedures, and ensure appropriate sales practices are maintained at all times.
Supervise and motivate sales force on sales activities and performance.
Provide training, coaching and support to ensure that staff deliver sales and service in an effective manner.
Support new product launch and development implementation of marketing programs.
Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding UOB group, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job Requirements

6-10 years of relevant experience
Good knowledge of the responsible products
Good communication and presentation skills
Positive mindset with demonstrated people management skills and ability to motivate high performance sales teams
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and undertake sales deliverables challenges
Previous supervisory experience across multi-function
Experience with banking will be advantage
In-depth knowledge of industry and competitor products/services
Working knowledge of industry practices and standards
Ability to develop strategy, resources, and inspire a diverse set of individuals
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Demonstrated negotiation skills

Education
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
