The Sales/ Business Development position is responsible for the end-end sales process and being able to build up the sales pipeline from the ground up. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. 

• Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and sales negotiations.
• Knowledge of Blockchain, AI, and AR/VR technologies, with the ability to understand and pitch technical solutions to clients.
• Strategic thinking and market analysis skills to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client engagement and collaboration.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a strong advantage.
• Academic background in Business Administration, Technology, or related fields is preferred.
• Previous experience in the technology industry or knowledge of Web3 ecosystems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
