Mô tả Công việc
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Process Orientation: Strictly follow the defined processes in the organization, but always put a mind to optimize or simplify the processes. Every suggestion must be evidencebased or data-based discussion.
- Agile Mindset: Ensure that development processes are adaptive and responsive to changing requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and performance metrics to senior management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 2 years' experience focus on project management – following project plan (scope, time, cost), monitoring progress, driving meetings, collecting artifacts, and conducting reports.
- 5 years' experience in any position of SDLC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to lead projects in a conservative management environment while promoting Agile culture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Excel).
- Experience in financial fields e.g, Securities, Bank, Credit, Fintech... is a plus.
- Possess the following characteristics: Keen on process oriented. Intense teamwork spirit with a "can do" attitude. Detailed, statistical and evidence-based mindset.
