• Provide advanced technical services to Sales during tendering, play as centralized filter for technical related matters.
• Lead the preparation of Pre-Qualification and Tender Documents.
• Lead the preparation of Schedules development, from initial stage until detailed coordination stage.
• Lead the Proposal/Contract preparation and improvement in coordination with Legal, FNC, and other related Depts.
• Lead the technical verification & clarification with Customers & Consultants if strategic projects.
• Lead the sourcing activities of non-standard services/products required by Customers.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with existing Customers, Builders, Partners.
• Taking over the project from Sales after Contract signed, then monitor & manage the processes (Clarification, Engineering, Procurement Plan, Fabrication Plan, Delivery Plan, etc.,) to deliver required products & services successfully.
• Coordinate with Sale Engineers if Changes happen, oversee the scope and price prepared by Sale Engineers for Changes.
• Monitor and manage the site supervision and coordination if required.
• Coordinate with Customers, Sales, FNC and other Depts to collect payments.
• Train subordinates and help team members to develop their skills.
