Mô tả công việc
- Coordinates various media and marketing activities and events at the hotels or area of responsibility
- Oversee and coordinates hotel photo shooting and video shooting
- Work together with hotel’s operations teams to guarantee the success of any marketing activity
- Understand the hotel’s business and needs and convey this information to the Central Management team
- Participates in the preparation of strategic hotel marketing planning
- Supervise the hotels social media marketing strategy as well as create and collect content that can feed the account community management
- Make sure hotels collaterals and stationary complies with the brand standards
- Coordinate media and KOL FAM trips at the hotels
- Support in establishing clearly USP of the hotels
- Communicate and submit appropriate material to all marketing channels and organizations that assists in promoting the hotel to ensure they are well equipped to sell the property.
- Monitor and analyse competitor, market trends and sales data, and use this information when developing strategies
- Compile and prepare reports for management showing results (KPIs and ROI).
- Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.
