I. Main Target

This position shall be responsible for the inspection of all incoming parts from the supply chain companies and internally produced meet the quality standards and systems required, analyzing the results and giving feedback and guidance to the production team under the direct supervision and General Director.
Ensure the staff follows the set processes and compliance the quality standard.

With key responsibilities as below :
- Set up the Quality Management process.
- Leadership of the quality team.
- Management of the daily quality shopfloor.
- Ensuring timely comptetion of all quality pre-planning activities and other quality activities.
- Ensuring the provision of all necessary measuring and testing equipment.
- Ensure the flow of information .
- Escalation in all areas.

II. Main Accountabilities

- Leadership and management of the quality team at the factory ZAVN.
- Setting goals for the team and individual employees
- Conducting employee interviews
- Resource planning, holiday planning etc.
- Planning and execution of test planning meetings with development and product management.
- Creation of production control plans
- Creation and maintenance of inspection plans in ProAlpha/SAP and definition of the corresponding inspection characteristics in coordination with product management and development
- Determination of the test points, test procedures and scope of measurement, taking into account quality assurance and economic aspects.
- Clarification of the test characteristics in case of discrepancies with development. Independent planning and coordination of dates and capacities within the scope of product introduction and product change processes.
- Definition of suitable measuring methods and test equipment according to the specifications.
- Creation of an initial sample inspection report or a dimensional protocol as well as the documentation in ProAlpha/SAP
- Determination of proofs of suitability for series production including definition of all test points and the necessary measuring equipment.
- Calculation of the process capability values and interpretation of these including a proposal for optimisation to achieve the specified target corridor.
- Creation of the SFN (Series capability verification) form including uploads to ProAlpha/SAP.
- Control measurement activity in the laboratory.
- Complaint management from suppliers and customers
- Evaluate suppliers periodically and plan to improve them better
- Additional tasks requested by Manager
