1) Check, monitor and promptly detect errors and damages. Participate in the repair process or directly direct the repair plan as well as coordinate the implementation personnel.
2) Develop and establish maintenance and service plans and implement this plan for equipment.
3) supervise, operate, manage and monitor the operation process, ensure the smooth operation and timely detect problems.
4) Conduct research, analysis and inquiry in a proactive spirit and give suggestions and advice to improve the operation of production lines, machinery and equipment.
5) Develop specific plans to implement the previous ideas in terms of human and material resources.
6) Directly make detailed reports on unexpected or periodic activities to report to manager.
7) Train and guide other technical staff to complete the project.

1) Possess a bachelor's degree or higher with majors in mechanical engineering, mechanics - machine manufacturing,... or some related disciplines.
2) 1 -2 years experience or higher in maintenance in a large or similar manufacturing
3) Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the mechanical industry with positions such as technicians, engineers, ...
4) Understand the knowledge of the mechanical industry and have good transmission skills to disseminate that knowledge to others.
5) Proficient in using software to support technical design such as ProE, AutoCAD, ... and office informatics
6) Have communication skills, ability to think creatively and logically
7) Calculation skills, sensitive to technology, know how to observe and solve problems quickly when having problems
8) Patient and able to withstand high pressure
