‘People are the Core’ is one of the key values of our company, and the Human Resources Manager will uphold this value i,n every facet of their work as a trusted advisor to all Alephians and leaders (local and regional) at all levels of the organization. You’ll handle all core human resources functions and be a guardian of our employer brand. Most importantly, you excel in fast paced, dynamic environments, match the energy level of high passionate millennials with a strong driven mindset.

Recruitment:
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing and coordinating with external recruitment service providers.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with recruitment partners to ensure a consistent source of high-quality candidates.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
Create monthly timekeeping and salary tables for our employees.
Ensure that employees adhere to company regulations.
Administer employee insurance programs in accordance with relevant regulations.
Prepare and maintain HR-related documents such as announcements, authorizations, minutes, labor contracts, and more, as needed.

Training
Assist in the development of personnel training plans by assessing employee quality and departmental needs.
Coordinate and execute training programs and evaluate post-training outcomes under the guidance of the HR Manager

Internal Communications:
Assist in planning and organizing company events and welfare programs.
Contribute to the formulation of internal communication strategies, including publications, gifts, and kick-off events.

Administration:
Supervise and process periodic office administrative expenses.
Manage equipment, tools, and office facility procurement.
Collaborate with agencies to secure work permits and visas for foreign workers.
Maintain and monitor the company's information technology systems.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
At least 7 years of relevant HR business partnering experience.
Familiar with the local employment laws and legislations.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, work well with all levels within an organisation, and adaptable in support delivery to keep up to business needs.
Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
Those with real estate industry experience will have an added advantage
