Mô Tả Công Việc

• Work with R&D (Korean; China) to review design concept, make DMFEA feedback.
• Design for Manufacturing and Design for Reliability reviews of NPI products/concepts at factory and lead activities to optimize product and process designs.
• Make recommendations for product/process design changes & final assembly standards/limits that have direct impact to final product cost, quality and delivery.
• Study existing processes, equipment and fixtures. Find ways to improve by means of product or process redesign.
• Review all NPI phase (ES, DV, PV, and MP1) to make sure stability quality in MP.

Factory Deliverables
• Qualification of all production processes for assembly, testing and packing including fixtures, automation machines, bonding dispensing,..
• Identification and execution of production improvements to reduce failures, cycle-time, bottom neck, and quality escapes.
• Daily communication for NPI project status.
• Conduct DOE for identifying improvement in MP or NPI.
• Responsible for implementation and documentation of production line process SOP.
• Support Other team (PUR; PE; WH; MFG) on trial builds for new program.
• Yield attack for any process related contributors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

· Minimum 2 years in same position.
· Manufacturing Engineering or related degree.
· 5 years of experience in consumer electronics manufacturing.
· Strong leader ship are require.
· Well knowhow in production factory Final Assembly, Test, and Packing
· Data analyze in advance.
· Review QA RT in each NPI phase and give out solution.
· Exceptional communication skills speaking, written and technical communication in English is required; Japanese or Korean language a plus.
· Have knowhow about plastic tooling, metal sheet tooling and manufacture process.
· Have know how about packing parts such as carton box, label,…
