With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Operational Coordination

Act as a central point of contact between the COO and the various departments (Logistics, Planning, Warehouse, etc.).

Ensure the seamless execution of daily operational tasks across departments by facilitating cross-departmental communication.

Help in setting priorities and ensuring the COO is informed about key issues across different areas.

Project Management

Oversee special projects assigned by the COO that involve multiple departments or external stakeholders.

Monitor progress, ensure that deadlines are met, and coordinate the teams involved in these projects.

Identify risks, roadblocks, and solutions to keep projects on track.

Operations Performance Management

Collect and synthesize data from various departments (e.g., performance metrics, sales data, logistics reports) to create comprehensive reports for the COO.

Help develop KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track operational efficiency and ensure each department is meeting its objectives.

Prepare presentations and reports that summarize key findings for executive meetings.

Operational Strategy and Process Improvement

Collaborate with the COO on developing long-term strategies for operational growth and sustainability.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and execute operational plans.

Identify bottlenecks in the operations and recommend improvement strategies based on data-driven insights.

Budgeting and Financial Oversight

Oversee financial reports and analyses from the finance team and propose team budgets before presenting the final version to the COO

Work with the Finance department to ensure that operational strategies align with budgetary constraints.

Crisis Management

Assist the COO in handling emergencies or unexpected challenges, such as supply chain disruptions or legal disputes.

Coordinate the response of various departments to minimize the impact of these crises.

Ensure that the COO is promptly informed and that mitigation strategies are executed swiftly.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

●        Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

Knowledge in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations

Language: Good communication in English & Vietnamese

Good Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

●    Experience

 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.

Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is highly desirable.

●        Skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

 Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Adaptability and a High level of professionalism and integrity.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning. Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
