- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payments).
- In charge of searching and managing customers including: GT, MT, B2B, B2C, five- star hotels and resorts, and foreigner- related restaurants in Vietnam (Ha Noi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh).
- Build and promote strong, long- lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Support for organization and coordination of events such as meeting with partners, wine tasting, wine dinner, seminars, product launching...

- Dynamic and hard- working person.
- Strong computer skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Wine & Spirit business, Sales, or Food & Beverage services.
- Strong leadership, analytical & communication skills.
- Graduated with a Business or Wine Diploma/Bachelor.
- English- speaking candidates are preferred.
