We are looking for driven individuals to join our Operations Team. You will be responsible for the functions listed below:
Responsibilities:
Managing assigned area (4-6 provinces) to ensure all operation relevant to these hubs.
1. Operation Management:
• Supervise Bambooship’s Hub daily operations to ensure the quality of Bambooship PUD services including Firstmile/ Lastmile/ Return base on the KPI targets/ SOP/ regulation.
• Supervise daily performance of rider, group, area in assigned area to ensure capacity of rider.
• Supervise Inbound/ Outbound/ Cycle Count/ Pending/ Backlog process at Hub
• Supervise Standard of Hub Facility to meet Operation requirements: Headcount/ Facility/ Equipment/ Branding…
• Regularly hold meeting and discussing with Hub Manager to review performance in weekly/ monthly basis.
• Manage risks during operation, directly solving problems arising flexibly and quickly, giving necessary measures to improve operating results in the assigned province.
• Usually traveling to hub to check the operation situation in assigned area.
• Set up goals/ objectives/ plans for the area’s development with board of director.
• Research/ finding new potential logistic partners for expanding market coverage in Vietnam
2. Sales Management:
• Sales Planning and Allocate Target to Hub Sales Staff, Supervise progress of Daily Sales Activities, Push Sales to ensure Assigned Sales Target.
• On-site visit to key customers to close the deal in assigned area to support Sales Target.
• Report Daily Sales Activities of Hub to keep track of sales pipeline.
3. People Management
• Usually review quantity and quality of human resource of hub to ensure knowledge, soft skill and propose list of training or re-fresh training to Training Team.
• Maintain a friendly, transparent, honest, disciplined, cooperative working environment towards the common goals of the company.
