Project Planning/Management
- Work together with the Software Manager to define reasonable project plans for in-house development projects.
- Manage the progress of the project to achieve the target schedule, and quality.
- Assist Software Manager / Project Manager on vendor manager for the subjects related to the in-house development. Ensure vendor fully aware the related requirements for the in-house development.
- Understand the requirement on system integration.
- Communicate properly with third party systems for integration.
- Define the integration plan as well as the cost/resource required for integration.
- Monitor the readiness of third party system for integration.
- Manage and review the design of the deliverables meet the requirement of security and redundancy

Resource Management
- Provide advice to the Software Manager on assigning tasks to the team of developers in the manner of well balancing on workload aligning to their skillsets and business knowledge.
- Ensure the skillset and business knowledge redundancy among the team to avoid any risk of single point of dependence.
- Determine the risks on development

Change Control & Release Control
- Do the assessment for Change Requests regarding the required time and money for the deliverables.
- Communicate with Project Manager and end-users for schedule, resource, and commercial related subjects.
- Perform patching and packaging for Change Requests and Problem Requests Manage to build a version release when it is needed.

Quality Management
- Define/review/revise the internal test plan of the system.
- Associate with the internal test team or project manager’s resource to execute the internal test.
- Verify the correctness of test result. Test plans included unit test, integration test, stress test.
- Ensure the deliverables are up to the quality standard from stakeholder/users and meeting international quality standard.

Stakeholder/user Management
- Assist Software Manager / Project Manager / Business Analyst for the discussion with key users/stakeholders to ensure the user-requirements fully implemented in the project.
- Prepare regular clear and correct updates for the Software Manager / Project Manager / Business Analyst to prepare the executive summary for stakeholders and key users.
