Job Description
This is what you will be doing:
As a Consultant in our executive search teams, you will be the bridge between businesses in need of exceptional talent and job seekers seeking their next career opportunity. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business prospects, managing client relationships, and selling our talent solutions. You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client by consulting them on their talent acquisition strategy. Your role is also to become an expert in the field and identify the best talents in the market for our partners.
Your day to day will include:
- Building and nurturing relationships with our existing global clients.
- Aggressively pursuing new business opportunities in Vietnam
- Working directly with our clients to understand their recruitment problems.
- Providing strategic solutions and advice, ensuring clients needs are met .
- Successfully negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Understanding market trends and networking with industry leaders, building your own industry expertise
- Attracting top talent through effective talent engagement strategies.
- Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborating within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.
What we need from you:

- 2-5 years corporate sales experience or passion for a change into a Sales role.
