- Establishes the guidelines to plan for the appropriate type and number of employees, avoiding the cost of overstaffing or understaffing.
- Forecasting future business requirement.

- Establish recruitment and implementation plans that meet the demands for recruitment for all departments.
- Track and monitor candidates’ progress as they advance through the recruitment and deployment process.
- Build market competitive and fair compensation and benefits for a performance-driven culture.
- Design and implement compensation and benefit programs and processes to meet the needs of the organization that aligns with company strategy.
- Evaluates competitor compensation and benefits packages.
- Works closely with management in solving compensation and benefit issues; Provides feedback on how existing programs are working.
- Responsible for the creation, implement and upkeep of all desktop procedures and controls in Benefits and Compensation.
- Implement and Follow up payroll system, labor contract management, and provide support to BOD on salary review, bonus scheme.
- Manage and control benefit implementation.
- Appraise and continuously monitor the performance of employees based on agreed performance objectives.
- Create and implement performance appraisal initiatives that will.
- Increase employees’ accountability of their on-the-job performance.
- Create and utilize objective tools for measuring employees’ performance and success.
- Planning the training and development of employees to provide them with opportunities to acquire knowledge and skills in order to perform their work effectively and efficiently.
- Developing and Implementing company learning Plan.
- Building succession for key positions and talent retention programs.
- Develop employee’s potential, establish career objectives and understand career paths in the company.
- Build and Deploy IC planning.
- IC by Internal Event, Internal Games, Internal content with Ms teams, Mail…
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
- Work and report directly to Operation Manager.
- Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Technology with the same job level.
- Has excellent organizational and project management/project implementation skills.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is analytical with good problem solving skills.
- Has the ability to work independently, to think critically and strategically.
- Shows leadership and deep sense of responsibility.
- Able to operate with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
