Senior Associate

We’re hiring! Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting for a Senior Associate within our Reinsurance business to join our team in Hanoi.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise data & underwriting information for the production of contractual documents- including but not limited to information packs, statistics/results, slips, endorsements, addendum, presentations;
• Technical analysis of statistics and other underwriting information supporting the negotiation and placement of renewal or new business. This includes the usage of e-placement platform for information dissemination and quotation/placement.
• Follow-up and organise signing of contractual documents at conclusion of placement, process closing/broker finalization in system leading to the production of the cover-note for Reinsured;
• Maintenance of placement correspondence/ documents via e-filing;
• Assist Client Management in initiatives planning and execution such as data/information collection, reports...etc
• Assist in Special Acceptances handling and keeping record.
• Others such as:
• Handling and coordinating all arrangement for Team in their trips, training, seminar, event participation;
• Secretarial works at the meeting when it is required by managers;
• Undertake other tasks as might be delegated by managers.
  

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success.

• University Degree and above
• At least 03-year experience in Insurance Business, preferably in Reinsurance Sector
• Good command of English
• Good Communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office, data analytics and reporting skills.
