Job Responsibilities • Handle daily document transactions and services to customers (issue PO, Invoice, Daily sales report, etc.) • Coordinate with finance team to proceed custom clearance and incoming tax payment. Manage on-time monthly closing in system. • Coordinate with SCM team and warehouse in term of logistic and other related sales issue. • Provide good customer service, attitude and communication including face to face, telephone and email. • Support sales other duties as assigned. (service, stock available, product details, pricing and others.)

• Bachelor 's Degree in related fields • 2-4 of experience in sales support • Open for Fresh graduate with internship experiences. • Good English Skills - reading and writing • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Negotiation Skills • Able to work on detail orientation • Very good in communication and liaison
