1.Process Documentation & Analysis:
Assist in documenting and mapping current business processes to identify inefficiencies.
Perform data collection and analysis to support process improvement recommendations.
2.Project Support:
Collaborate with teams to implement process changes and track progress.
Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables for ongoing projects.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
3.Stakeholder Coordination:
Facilitate communication between departments involved in process improvements.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
4.Quality Assurance:
Ensure that proposed changes comply with company policies and standards.
Monitor and measure process performance post-implementation.
5.Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business process management.
6.Internal audit
Check the implementation of the process that the company has established
Evaluate the internal system: analyze the current working process, detect inappropriate points or points that may cause risks and losses to the company.
Prepare a report: summarize and analyze the inspection results; prepare a report stating the findings, causes and propose solutions/improvements.
Monitor and correct: coordinate with relevant departments to monitor and check the implementation of post-audit recommendations.

- Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or process improvement (internship experience also considered)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, ISO or a related field.
- Foreign Language: Proficient in speaking and writing in English.
- Computer Skill: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with process mapping tools like Visio is a plus.
