Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales operations across a specified region. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and the execution of sales initiatives. What You'll Do

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our client's sales operations across a specified region. Your primary focus will be on achieving ambitious revenue and market share targets for their pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for strategic planning, leading your team, executing sales initiatives, conducting in-depth market analysis, coordinating with senior management, managing customer relationships, monitoring sales performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and market objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with senior management to ensure regional plans support global sales strategies and objectives.
  • Lead and manage team, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
  • Drive sales performance by setting and monitoring targets for the team and ensuring achievement of regional sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and key accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and sales activities, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure all sales activities and practices comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Regional Sales Manager role brings substantial experience from the pharmaceutical industry along with proven leadership skills. You have spent at least 2-3 years in a senior managerial position where you've overseen a diverse sales team. Your track record showcases your ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. You possess exceptional communication skills in both English and Vietnamese which aids you in building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your strong knowledge of marketing, administration and management principles will be crucial in this role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Medical Doctor, or Pharmacy.
  • Strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in multinational companies (MNCs).
  • At least 2-3 years in a senior managerial position overseeing a diverse sales team.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, administration and management principles.
