JOB DESCRIPTION:

• We are looking for an experienced and motivated Mid-Level Software Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will take on a significant role in the development and maintenance of our company's projects, balancing both back-end and front-end tasks, with a primary focus on back-end development. You will be integral in enhancing our platform's functionality and reliability, contributing to a seamless user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications to meet project specifications and company standards.
• Assist in ensuring optimal performance and reliability of systems for daily operations.
• Participate in the design and implementation of new features and tools that optimize system efficiency and enhance user experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transform them into actionable technical solutions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain and improve code quality by writing clean, scalable, and tested code.
• Proactively keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance personal and team growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 - 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency with backend technologies such as Node.js (preferred), Python, Golang, or Ruby.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies like Flutter (preferred) or React.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A passion for learning and adapting to new challenges and technological advancements.
