Assist in planning and preparing work schedules and assignments of supervision to specific duties.
Ensure compliance of supervisors with established security and record keeping procedures and practices.
Ensure all reporting, such as IP RM RS are accurate and timely.
Monitor and maintain proper operation cleanliness, appearance, and maintenance as per company's guidelines (6S)
Assist in preparing proper training procedures and guidelines for direct and indirect labor positions
Assist in the preparation and implementation of all SOPs and make sure all these SOPs are followed well.
Assist in the preparation and implementation of any new procedures for reducing costs, such as material, labor and overhead (variable)
Control defect rate on UPH production areas.
Control consumable usages on all areas
Perform all other duties as required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience:
Minimum 5 years work experience in UPH production or engineering environment
Proven track record of success measured by increased responsibility and attainment of prescribed objectives.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Engineering or related field
Knowledge:
Knowledge of production management
Knowledge of tooling and machinery
Knowledge of training employees.
Knowledge of scheduling.
Knowledge of control direct and indirect labor ratio.
Knowledge of control overhead
Sense of emergency.
Sense of cost reduction.
