- Ability to work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or digital marketing, preferably in the travel or e- commerce industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth hacking strategies.
- Creative thinking and problem- solving abilities, with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data- driven decisions.
- Experience in managing media performance teams and overseeing digital advertising campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
