The Opportunity
The Marketing team at Barbaros Group is seeking for a full time young Social Media & Marketing Manager with a passionate and proactive approach to developing engaging content to attract and retain customers, as well interact with them. This crucial role will enhance brand visibility and create compelling narratives that resonate with our B2B partners and current and potential customers. We are looking for someone wanting to grow together with us with the will to achieve big challenges and finish leading our path in Marketing and Social Media.
Role Overview
As the Social Media & Marketing Manager, you will directly report to the Barbaros Group Board and help oversee the development and execution of various communication strategies targeted at B2B and B2C partners. This includes defining Barbaros Group’s core value propositions, crafting content for events and presentations, and collaborating with team leads across all the brands to identify and showcase our strengths in the F&B sector.
What you’ll do
- ·Develop and Implement Content Strategies: Create compelling content that engages B2C and B2B audiences, elevating brand awareness and reinforcing Barbaros Group’s brands events and value across multiple platforms.
- Craft Engaging Content: Collaborate with the Board and restaurant’s leads to produce high quality content for our websites and social media accounts through editing, proofreading, developing editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met. This includes blog posts, photo and video editing (Websites, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook)
- Be the first line: Interact with customers in our social media accounts, replying to them and coordinating with restaurant managers all booking requests.
- Analyze and Optimize: Monitor the performance of the content and strategies, providing reports leveraging data insights on all communication to ensure maximum impact and flexibility to adapt, improve and fix when needed.
- Enhance Sales Materials and Strategy: Receive feedback and generate ideas to increase sales and customers & partners engagement.
What You’’ Need to Succeed
- You Know What Matters: A minimum of 1 year in marketing and social media related roles. Experience in F&B marketing environment is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful and visually appealing hooks. We are looking for a native Vietnamese person, fluent in English. Spanish knowledge is a plus!
- Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in developing content that aligns with business objectives and enhances brands narratives.
- Proactive Champion: You are an autonomous, responsible person with initiative. You don’t need others to tell you what you have to do, but you know how to create tasks and request help from the Board and other leads.
- And All Eyes Monitor: You follow the daily trends but are brave enough to create new trends. You know what our customers like more and how to use it to attract them to our restaurants and services.
- Tech Savvy: You have experience using the main software for content management (Wordpress), photo editing and video editing (videos, reels and stories).
- SEO Hunter: You know how the SEO impacts in driving traffic and will use your skills to increase our sales and awareness.
- Passionate Fighter: You don’t wake up every morning only to work and complete a task list, but to have fun with what you do.
