Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist at GetCourse in Vietnam, with flexibility for remote work. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical support to users. Daily tasks may include troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, and analyzing support trends.

- Customer Support and Technical Support skills
- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Analytical Skills
- Experience in customer service or support roles
- Experience in SaaS business is a huge plus
- Ability to empathize with customers and address their needs effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Our hiring process usually consists of one test and two interviews. All our employees work remotely and get a full onboarding and 1-month training over the product.
