Job Description

• Receive product and service requests related to Information Technology.
• Conduct business analysis, clarify requirements, and align them with relevant units.
• Develop analysis documents, requirement specifications, and business process modeling.
• Participate in monitoring the testing process to ensure the quality of the IT system meets the specified requirements.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree from domestic or international universities.

2. Major in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Electronics, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.

3. At least 01 year of experience in business analysis in banks, financial institutions, corporations, or technology companies.

4. Preferred Candidates:

• Experience in project management, working with Agile methods.
• Broad knowledge of banking and a deep understanding of banking operations.
• Knowledge or practical experience in banking operations.
• Have experience with T24, Kondor, Way4 systems is an advantage.
