We're in search of an experienced Assistant to the CEO/Director who possesses a keen eye for detail and is fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Chicago Time)
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 12 PM
Evening Shift: 8 PM - 12 AM
You will be expected to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
Working Mode: Remotely via Zoom Meetings
Responsibilities:
- Assist in operational workflow in a virtual office environment
- Manage email correspondence professionally on behalf of the CEO, including receiving and replying to clients and customers
- Handle social media management for CEO's personal accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn), including content creation and engagement to foster deeper relationships
- Assist in preparing documents, legal paperwork, and contracts
- Coordinate meetings and make arrangements such as booking flights and hotels
- Provide assistance to the CEO during travels to Vietnam, including booking flights, hotels, and arranging sightseeing locations and restaurants
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Availability to provide support as needed
- Willingness to work on-site in HCMC, Vietnam, when the CEO is present (primarily remote work)
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Prior experience in a Secretary/CEO Assistant role is highly preferred
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written
Salary Range: 12,000,000 to 15,000,000 vnd
