Mô tả Công việc
Coordinate, resolve and respond to all customer queries/complaints and prevent further customer challenges by improving data analysis, data accuracy and determining the important points to communicate to customer with workable solutions for customer consideration.
Prepare fully detailed finished good pricing updates for assigned accounts, including initial quotations, ongoing price updates during new product introduction program and quarterly price updates. Review all pricing updates with management and upon approval, deliver pricing information to customers, offering full details and analysis of component cost movements, overhead cost movements and pricing movements with clear and reasonable explanations accordingly to each customer.
Coordinate with Program Manager (PM) for project initiation meetings to define project charter, tasks, engineering schedule and material planning.
Support PM team by monitoring timelines and meticulously following through with weekly updates to the Program Manager.
Support PM to manage project deadlines to achieve on-time delivery of customer samples, sample approval and document submissions for mass production launch.
Coordinate to maintain clear and prioritized task list for all project details.
Proactively communicates schedule changes and program risks.
Coordinates with PM to ensure related tasks are completed on-time and clear updates provided.
Work with engineering for system updates for Sales orders.
Work with supply chain logistics to ensure the sales orders are invoiced in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate customer sample requests during new product development programs.
Assist the build planning team with planning and weekly updates to management.
Support PM for new project initiations and project charter documents.
Assist with revenue forecasting using customer supplied information.
Actively contributes to process improvement in collaboration with the Program Manager.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by company management.

Bachelor's Degree as Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Clerical.
Experience: from 02 years of experience working as a project administrator or similar role.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Must be willing to work with lots of numbers and Microsoft Excel.
Have knowledge about project management or manufacturing.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Ability to self-learn and develop with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of ERP system (We are migrating to Epicor ERP).Laptop
