We are looking for a Product Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing user-centric solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, innovative, and impactful user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of UX principles and design tools, combined with the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilites
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for SaaS, CRM, and enterprise applications to meet business objectives and user needs
- Create user journey flows, visuals, and UI assets to support the iterative design process
- Conduct in-depth research and usability evaluations to identify areas for improvement and validate design choices
- Apply logical UX flow principles to create seamless, intuitive user experiences across all touchpoints
- Build and maintain a consistent design language system across products and platforms
- Explore and prototype design hypotheses, testing divergent ideas and solutions
- Collaborate with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business and technical requirements.
- Document design specifications to ensure clarity for product teams and technical implementation.
- Present design work effectively, providing rationale for decisions and addressing feedback.
- Manage multiple design projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design solutions.
- Support design reviews with prototypes and presentations to gain stakeholder alignment.
Must-have
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS, CRM, and enterprise applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX principles, user psychology, and design aesthetics
- Good understanding of logical UX flows and human behavior to create intuitive experiences.
- Ability to conceptualize, visualize, and prototype innovative designs to test with users and stakeholders.
- Strong design language skills, with the ability to create compelling, on-brand designs
- Strong knowledge of:
- Responsive design best practices
- Accessibility
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Design & prototyping tools (Figma, Zeplin, Visily)
- Collaboration tools (Miro, FigJam, Confluence, Jira)
- Global design systems
- Good communication, collaboration, and project management skills to drive effective teamwork.
- Good English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Nice-to-have
- Domain Expertise: Experience in designing products within the testing domain (evidence required).
- AI Knowledge: Understanding and experience with AI in product design (evidence required).

CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN THOMAS CAREY, là công ty 100% vốn nước ngoài, có nhà máy sản xuất đồ nội thất tại tỉnh Bình Dương, bắt đầu hoạt động từ năm 2016. Nhà máy tọa lạc trên diện tích 350.000 feet vuông, với hơn 500 công nhân. Ở đây chuyên sản xuất đồ nội thất cao cấp với các loại gỗ cứng và veneer chọn lọc nhập khẩu từ Mỹ và Châu Âu.
Sản phẩm của nhà máy rất đa dạng, bao gồm nội thất Phòng ngủ, phòng ăn và nội thất thường xuyên/có điểm nhấn, ghế bọc văn phòng phẩm và bàn trang điểm… Chủ yếu được xuất khẩu sang thị trường Mỹ với hơn 90%.
Hiện tại, công suất của nhà máy ước tính là vận chuyển 70 container hàng hóa mỗi tháng và 50 container bọc vải mỗi tháng. Trong khi công suất tối đa của nhà máy có thể đạt tới 250 container/tháng.
