In charge of dedicated Project & Others Ground Service included Linehaul, rail, domestic trucking, DS ,Customs, cross border transport, intermodal ... to contribute for grow up
Ground (80%)
Provide import service to customer including arrival notice and docs released.
Making shipping documents by using OFS for outdoor and indoor according to specific instruction
Keep contact with the shipping lines for submitting manifest and prepare necessary documents
Coordinate with other department if needed to support local handling (delivery and clearance)
Coordinate with over-sea office and keep tracing the shipment to/from origin/final destination with no issue.
Issue billing, invoicing and support A/C request if any.
Perform data key-in in the system if required.
Provide monthly/weekly requested report to supervisor/managers
Plan and arrange trucking capacity according to customer's plan.
Coordinate strictly between vendors to ensure trucking services are handled in accordance with the correct SOP and KPI.
Solving the issue about trucking and delivering goods to customers...
Available 24/7 for supporting the customer.
Vendors management to build relationship for pricing & consulting ground products
Customer services in ground product to achieve KPI from customers
Develops and implements effective and efficient operation plans.
Drives the achievement of on-time performance and utilization goal
Handles problem calls/escalations.
Monitor timely account set up, client profiles and billing activities; including but not limited to cost control, statement processing
VAS (20%)
Vendors Management to build relationship for pricing & consulting for VAS activities
Consulting import and export procedures and providing shipping solutions for customers and related departments in the company
Plans, implement and supervises operation plan to ensure compliance with Customs regulation, responds to any deviations of the process and communicates exceptions and resolution suggestions to appropriate management
Frequently interact with team, outside customers, and/or functional peer groups at various management levels for smoothly operations
Monitor and maintain working knowledge of brokerage teamwork activity, balance capacity and workload, while seeking improvement in the process and team efficiencyEducation: Bachelor's degree; major in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Export-Import are preferable
Experience: at least 1 years working experience in customs, domestics trucking and cross border trucking for 3Pls
Good knowledge in Logistics, Sea-air operation, Supply Chain
Personalities: Active, Dynamic, Responsible, Hardworking
Proficiency in Microsoft office: Excel, Outlook, Internet, Logistic System
