• Facilitate training courses, either independently or alongside trainers. This includes tracking attendance, maintaining classroom control, and supporting the creation/distribution of training materials.
• Prepare and manage virtual and in-person training classrooms and facilities.
• Liaise with the IT support team to address any systems issues and process employee access requests for training.
• Manage the enrollment of employees in the training system and maintain accurate training records.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Champion the hotel's TakeCare culture and contribute to employer branding activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate training logistics.
• Create, administer, and analyze training-related documentation and reports.
• Utilize various software and computer systems to perform job duties.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety/security protocols.

Education and Experience

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the human resources or related professional area; certified trainer.

OR

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; certified trainer; no work experience required.
