JOB SUMMARY

Maintain the routine operation of MQE. Make sure all production in CPT is under controlled by procedure. Take care all the quality issue found in OQC inspection and IPQC line audit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Set the overall direction of MQA.
• Set the objective of MQA every year.
• Implement the company policy in MQA.
• Instruct/ monitor the daily work of engineer and line leader
• Set up the training program to engineers and technicians.
• Communicate with other department about the quality issue in assembly line
• Instruct Engineer push MRB meeting for all quality issue found in OQC inspection and IPQC line audit.
• Follow up the progress of all quality issue found in OQC inspection and IPQC line audit.
• Hold the quality review meeting with other department regularly.

Education:

BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree

Experience:

>5 years in Quality Department and > 3 years in Manager/Supervisor level
Fluent English in writing and reading (level 4)
Good communication/ presentation skill

Knowledge

Familiar with different manufacturing process
Familiar with the Quality Tools.
Basic knowledge of different material type. (Plastic, metal, electrical)
Familiar with Quality system.

Functional Skills

Computer knowledge, oracle background preferred.

Other Abilities

Monitor performance of sub-ordinate and recommend to supervisor for credit or any other improvement action.
Able to handle full set of quality inspection problems.
