DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List specific tasks to be done by the intern/education supporter): The Intern, Communications (belongs to Student Academic Support Office) will support the Student Academic Support (SAS) team in promoting SAS's services and activities to BUV students, parents, and the general public. The intern will collaborate closely with the SAS team to develop and execute public relations (PR) plans across various social media platforms, create engaging promotional materials, and organize offline events to enhance the visibility and awareness of SAS among BUV students. - Social Media & PR Planning: Collaborate with the SAS team to develop and manage PR plans and social media calendars for SAS's services & activities. - Assist in the management of SAS's social media account. - Content Creation: Create engaging promotional content and materials for the SAS Programme on various platforms. Write engaging and informative content to highlight SAS services, events, and activities. - Graphic Design: Design graphics for social media posts and offline events, ensuring a cohesive and appealing brand presence. - Event Planning & Execution: Assist in brainstorming, planning, and executing offline events such as tutor recaps, workshops, and collaboration events with other teams. - Promotion & Awareness: Work with the SAS team to promote SAS services and activities within the BUV student community. Develop strategies to raise awareness about SAS offerings among students, enhancing their engagement and utilization of SAS resources. - Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other responsibilities as directed by the SAS Manager. - Duration of Assignment: 6 months. - Hours Needed and Proposed Schedule: 8-24 hours per week.SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS FOR ASSIGNMENT: Qualifications and knowledge - Currently enrolled in a degree program at BUV or a recent graduate.
